Introducing a new innovative design ideal for hand-held binocular use from a chair. Chair allows for easy 360 degree swivel in azimuth, and three recline positions for altitude (picture below shows the middle position). We find that the middle position allows for easy panning from horizon to zenith. Its folded design allows for easy portability at 12 lbs. Its swivel design alos makes it the ideal chair companion for parallelogram mounts for even easier panning in all directions. Weight capacity is 275 lbs.
